 This holiday home caters for individuals, couples, families, business people, film and television companies, small corporate retreats, fishing groups and weddings - those folks who require fully-functional seaside rental accommodation, easy access via road, sea and air and easy access to beach, ocean and the surrounding environment.
Rental rates vary according to time of year and you have a choice of the following accommodation options
:: Lower-level 3-bedroom unit.
:: Upper-level 2-bedroom unit.
:: Both units together.
PLEASE NOTE:
- The Front Beach self-catering holiday home is not a hotel, motel or ritzy palace by the sea. If you want that style of accommodation, this holiday home is not for you.
- This is an ordinary self-contained family home/bach. Most facilities are provided and should you require something extra, please let us know in advance.
- There is no room-service here, no plasma TV screens, VCRs, DVD players, telephones etc. If you want these, please bring your own.
PEAK SEASON RENTAL
December 1st to February 29th.

months of sub-tropical to mild weather on either side of
January and the 3 to 4 winter months are amazing - you practically have the beach to yourself.

Easter Holidays.

2-br unit: 7 days $1300.00 (NZ). Daily $190.00 (NZ)

OFF-PEAK RENTAL
All other times than Peak and Easter.

Deposit to secure your booking:
A non-refundable deposit of 20% of the total rental is required within 14 days of your booking. Please allow sufficient time for cheque clearance.
