A few minutes walk or short drive takes you to Ferry Landing and the harbour ferry to Whitianga. The wharf is a great fishing spot.

This beach-front vacation residence - we call this sort of home a 'bach' (pronounced baetsch) in NZ-speak - is located on one of New Zealand's most stunning Whitianga, Coromandel coastlines. Simple, rustic, open and private with unimpeded ocean views and your very 'own' beach just a 15 second walk away.

Several pump-driven rainwater storage tanks provide for household needs. A spacious sundeck faces the sea to the north-east, with a border of grass, trees and instant 24-hour access to the beach. The road-facing entrance has a garage and ample external parking.

PLEASE NOTE:
Please be aware that the Front Beach self-catering holiday home is not a hotel, motel or ritzy palace by the sea. If you desire that style of accommodation, you'll need to look elsewhere. This is an ordinary self-contained family space. Most facilities are provided but should you require something extra, please let us know in advance. There is no room-service here, no plasma TVs, VCRs, DVD players, telephones etc. If you need those, please bring your own.
